2In a medium bowl mash bananas with a fork then add self raising flour and mix all together to make a dough.
3On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx 1 centimetre thick).
4Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon and the brown sugar.
5Cut the rectangle into 7-8 strips.
6Roll up each individual strip into a roll.
7Then, transfer them into a buttered baking tray. If desired, make sure each piece is sticking together. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden.
8Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool. While cooling, prepare the glaze. To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoon water, until the desired consistency is reached.
