Crockpot Cheesy Broccoli Rice

Directions

  1. 1Coat your crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. 2Add 2 bags of Knorr cheddar broccoli rice.
  3. 3Add 2 large chicken breasts, 3 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of cream of chicken soup, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. 4Mix well.
  5. 5Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. 6In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets.
  7. 7Optionally, add 1 cup of milk for extra creaminess.
  8. 8Top with 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. 9Serve and enjoy.
