Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Add chicken to your crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, Dijon and Worcestershire, then place the cream cheese on top.
  2. 2Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, or until the chicken reaches 165°F and shreds easily.
  3. 3Shred the chicken right in the crockpot and stir everything together. Add 1½ cups cheddar, Monterey Jack and most of the bacon. Stir, cover and let melt for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4Warm the pretzel bites according to the package directions. Add them right on top of the chicken, then sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and bacon. Cover for another 5–10 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
  5. 5Top with green onions and serve with honey mustard if you like!

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
