Directions

  1. 1Season boneless skinless chicken thighs with Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse, Kinder's Blackened seasoning, Slap Ya Mama (Hot Blend) and black pepper.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Cook the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5Roughly chop the rested chicken.
  6. 6In the same pan, add 4 tablespoons of butter and 5-6 minced garlic cloves.
  7. 7Stir in 1 pint of heavy cream and continue to stir over medium heat until it starts to thicken up.
  8. 8Season the sauce with Kinder's The Blend and more Slap Ya Mama.
  9. 9Turn the heat to low and stir in 4 ounces of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it's completely melted and smooth.
  10. 10Stir in some dried parsley into the Alfredo sauce and set aside.
  11. 11In a small bowl, mix half a stick of softened butter with 3-4 minced garlic cloves and some dried parsley.
  12. 12Spread the garlic butter mixture onto a loaf of sliced French bread.
  13. 13Bake the French bread at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes.
  14. 14Spread a thick layer of the Alfredo sauce on the baked garlic bread.
  15. 15Top with freshly grated mozzarella cheese.
  16. 16Distribute the cooked and chopped chicken over the cheese.
  17. 17Drizzle a little more Alfredo sauce over the chicken and cheese.
  18. 18Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
