Directions
1
Start by slapping a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
2
Grab a head of broccoli, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
3
Drizzle it with a couple tablespoons of olive oil, add some salt, some pepper, maybe even some seasoning of your choice.
4
Toss the broccoli until it's all coated and then push it to the sides of the baking sheet.
5
Grab your salmon, drop it in the middle.
6
Drizzle the salmon with some olive oil as well, add some salt and some pepper.
7
Mince up a couple garlic cloves, sprinkle that over everything.
8
Grab a lemon, cut two thin slices, one for each piece of salmon.
9
Pick up the whole thing, throw it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
10
Once cooked, grab a bowl of rice, put a piece of salmon on it, surround it with some roasted garlic.
Ingredients
1 broccoli head
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
seasoning
salmon
2 garlic cloves minced
2 lemon thin slices
rice
Equipment
parchment paper

Tips
Every oven is a little different, so when you think it's done, take it out.
The salmon is done if it flakes apart with a fork and you can easily remove the skin.
