Sheet Pan Salmon and Broccoli

Directions

  1. 1Start by slapping a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. 2Grab a head of broccoli, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3Drizzle it with a couple tablespoons of olive oil, add some salt, some pepper, maybe even some seasoning of your choice.
  4. 4Toss the broccoli until it's all coated and then push it to the sides of the baking sheet.
  5. 5Grab your salmon, drop it in the middle.
  6. 6Drizzle the salmon with some olive oil as well, add some salt and some pepper.
  7. 7Mince up a couple garlic cloves, sprinkle that over everything.
  8. 8Grab a lemon, cut two thin slices, one for each piece of salmon.
  9. 9Pick up the whole thing, throw it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  10. 10Once cooked, grab a bowl of rice, put a piece of salmon on it, surround it with some roasted garlic.

Tips

  • Every oven is a little different, so when you think it's done, take it out.
  • The salmon is done if it flakes apart with a fork and you can easily remove the skin.
