Stable Garlic Butter Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. 2Add minced garlic to the melted butter.
  3. 3Pour in water and whisk to emulsify.
  4. 4Gradually add small portions of cold butter while whisking continuously to stabilize the sauce.
  5. 5Stir in chopped fresh parsley.
  6. 6Season with pepper, then continue whisking until incorporated.

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • salt (optional)
