Directions

  1. 1Add oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, sea salt, almond milk and cinnamon into a blender and blend until oats are totally blended.
  2. 2Stir in chocolate chips
  3. 3Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. 4Top with extra chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
  5. 5Drizzle peanut butter on top.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips
