Directions

  1. 1Mix your almond flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, and sweetener.
  2. 2Fold in the blueberries & place into a greased donut pan.
  3. 3Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Let cool fully before removing from the pan & enjoy!

  • 0.33 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp sweetener
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder

  • These are a bit wet & messy in the bottom but it’s totally worth it because they’re super delicious
