Creamy Green Sauce

Directions
- 1Add half a cup of mayo to the blender.
- 2Add two cups of lightly packed cilantro.
- 3Add one or two jalape .
- 4Add a third cup of parmesan cheese.
- 5Squeeze half a lime.
- 6Add a quarter teaspoon of salt.
- 7Add a drizzle of olive oil and two or three garlic cloves.
- 8Blend this all together.
- 9Serve the sauce with your Lomo Saltado.

- 0.5 lime lime juice
- 0.25 teaspoon salt

- 2 garlic cloves
