Cheesy Beef Enchilada Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Get your skillet over medium heat and throw in a pound of ground beef. Smash that up and then throw in a diced onion and the seasonings.
  2. 2Once that beef is cooked, just get rid of any extra grease and throw in a big tablespoon of busy people garlic, two and a half cups of pasta, two cans of enchilada sauce and one cup each of beef broth and milk.
  3. 3Stir it together so that pasta is covered and let it come to a simmer, then cover it up, lower the heat and let it cook for about 12 minutes.
  4. 4Once that pasta is cooked, just pull the lid off and stir in about a cup of your favorite cheese and top it with a little bit more and some dried cilantro.
