- 5Add 1.5 oz of white rum.
- 6Add about a 0.25 cup of frozen pineapple.
- 7Add a good scoop of pebble ice.
- 8Add 0.25 tsp of xanthan gum.
- 9Blend on high for 60 seconds.
- 10Pour into a cocktail glass.
- 11Garnish with mint.
