Peel and pressure cook raw bananas.

Mash the pressure-cooked raw bananas in a plate.

Prepare a tempering with oil, mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.

Add the tempering to the mashed bananas.

Add salt and chopped coriander to the banana mixture.

Mix everything really well until combined.

Shape the mixture into small cutlets.

Prepare a simple chickpea flour batter by adding chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and water.

Whisk the batter until smooth.

Dip the cutlets in the batter.

Deep fry the coated cutlets until golden and crispy.

Remove the fried cutlets from the oil and drain them.

Deep fry peanuts until golden.

Deep fry chura until golden and crispy.

Grind the deep-fried peanuts and chura with cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to a coarse texture to make the spicy chutney.

Cut the homemade bun in half.

Spread green chutney on one half of the bun.

Sprinkle the spicy chutney over the green chutney.

Place a deep-fried cutlet on top of the spicy chutney.
