Directions

  1. 1Roast sweet potatoes in the oven after cutting them into cubes and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Shredded chicken should be added to a frying pan and mixed with barbecue sauce.
  3. 3Prepare the coleslaw by combining coleslaw mix, coconut aminos, white vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. 4Assemble the bowls by adding roasted sweet potatoes, barbecue chicken, and coleslaw.
  5. 5Garnish with green onions.

  • 1 sweet potatoes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 bowl shredded chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 handful green onions
