Directions

  1. 1Cook your bacon until crispy, let it cool, and crumble it into small pieces.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, dry Ranch mix, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sour cream. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
  3. 3Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties. Press a small thumbprint indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. 4Cook over medium-high heat for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. 5During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
  6. 6Assemble and serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Tips
