Directions
- 1Make strawberry jam by cooking diced strawberries with sugar in a pot.
- 2In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- 3Scoop the mixture into small balls and freeze.
- 4Cream butter and sugar together.
- 5Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix.
- 6Incorporate flour, baking powder and salt.
- 7Fold in strawberry jam.
- 8Scoop the dough into balls and place a frozen cream cheese ball in the middle.
- 9Roll into balls and coat with sugar.
- 10Bake the cookies at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
