Homemade Nutella

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2Bake the hazelnuts for 7-9 minutes or until they start to brown.
  3. 3If the hazelnuts are not already peeled, rub them together in a paper towel to remove the skins.
  4. 4In a high-speed blender, blend the hazelnuts until they turn into butter.
  5. 5Add the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  6. 6Blend for a few more minutes until well incorporated.
  7. 7Add the coconut oil and blend once more.
  8. 8Pour the homemade Nutella into a jar.

  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Tips
