Season the chicken tenderloins or chicken breast with the following seasonings: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 0.5 tsp chicken bouillon.
Mix the chicken and seasonings well and let it marinate.
Set up a dredging station with three plates: one with a mix of flour and corn starch, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed cornflakes. You can add seasoned salt to the flour mix and cornflakes.
Dip each chicken piece into the flour mix, then into the beaten egg, and finally press it into the crushed cornflakes to coat.
Place the coated chicken pieces onto an air fryer tray or basket.
Lightly coat the chicken pieces with oil spray.
Air fry the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot, optionally with Healthier Cane's Sauce.
