Directions

  1. 1Add 5 quarts of water to a pot.
  2. 2Add 2 tbsp salt, 1 onion, 1 lemon, boil in a bag, and 1 tbsp shrimp boil concentrate to the pot.
  3. 3Bring the water to a boil.
  4. 4Add corn and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Add potatoes and let them cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
  6. 6Remove corn and potatoes from the pot.
  7. 7Reserve 1 1/2 cup of broth.
  8. 8Cook sausage in a cast iron skillet for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9Melt 2 lbs of butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  10. 10Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  11. 11Add paprika, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, old bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, and brown sugar to the butter.
  12. 12Mix well.
  13. 13Add the juice of 1 lemon and the reserved broth.
  14. 14Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  15. 15Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  16. 16Cook crab legs for 4 minutes.
  17. 17Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan, mixing well to coat.
  18. 18Serve hot.

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 1.5 cup broth
