Cover the steak on both sides with jalapeno and garlic steak rub.
Dice up some jalapenos for the marinade.
In a glass dish with a lid, add two teaspoons of minced garlic, a half cup of Worcestershire, and a half cup of soy sauce mixed together.
Add the chopped jalapenos to the marinade.
Toss the steak in the marinade, give it a couple of shakes, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight (at least 12 hours).
Make compound butter by mixing one stick of butter with garlic butter seasoning and form it into a log to make butter tabs.
Reverse sear the steak by putting it in the oven at 250 degrees until it reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sear the steak on the grill for a minute and a half on each side until perfect sear marks are achieved and the steak reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pull the steak off the grill, cut up the compound butter tabs, and place them on top of the steak.
Let the butter melt for about five minutes before enjoying the steak.
