Directions
- 1Melt some store-bought cookie butter.
- 2Pour the melted cookie butter onto some parchment paper.
- 3Place the cookie butter into the freezer to set.
- 4Prepare a box of brownie mix according to the package directions.
- 5Place half of the batter into a parchment lined pan.
- 6Add the frozen cookie butter on top.
- 7Add the remaining brownie batter.
- 8Top it off with some Biscoff cookies.
- 9Bake it until fully set.
- 10Cool it completely.
- 11Slice and enjoy.
