Directions

1Boil water for soft-boiled eggs. Set a timer for six minutes.
2Dice a pickle.
3Add two cans of tuna to a bowl.
4Add the diced pickle to the bowl with tuna.
5Add half a deseeded jalapeno pepper to the bowl.
6Add diced red onion to the bowl.
7Take the eggs out of the boiling water and put them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
8Peel the eggs and chop them into halves. Add them to the bowl.
9Add Dijon mustard, Kewpie mayo, sriracha, salt and pepper to the bowl.
10Mix all ingredients together.
11Cut cucumbers in half and deseed them.
12Fill the cucumber boats with the tuna salad.
13Top with sesame seeds and sriracha.
