Creamy Cheesy Corn Casserole
Directions
- 1Pour two cans of cream style corn and two cans of whole kernel sweet corn into a glass baking dish.
- 2Add an 8.5 ounce box of Jiffy corn muffin mix to the baking dish.
- 3Stir the corn and corn muffin mix together.
- 4Add one cup of sour cream to the mixture.
- 5Drizzle a quarter cup of melted butter over the mixture.
- 6Mix the sour cream and butter into the corn mixture.
- 7Bake at 350 until golden brown.
- 8Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
