Directions

  1. 1Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine two cups of Bisquick and one and a quarter cups of milk. Whisk until beautifully combined.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading it out across the bottom.
  4. 4Par bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. 5Drop two pounds of ground beef into a hot oiled pan, break it up, and brown it.
  6. 6Add one diced onion and one diced bell pepper to the ground beef. Sauté for a little bit.
  7. 7Add a couple tablespoons of your favorite taco seasoning and let it soak in for a little bit. Turn the heat off and set aside.
  8. 8In another mixing bowl, add a half a cup of mayonnaise, a half a cup of sour cream, one cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese, and one cup of freshly shredded pepper jack cheese. Mix all together until perfectly combined and set aside.
  9. 9Take the biscuit base out of the oven.
  10. 10Layer the meat mixture on top of the biscuits.
  11. 11Pour two drained cans of Rotel on top of the meat layer and spread them out.
  12. 12Add the cheese mixture as a layer on top of the Rotel.
  13. 13Add some extra cheese (pepper jack and cheddar) on top.
  14. 14Throw in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  15. 15When it comes out, let it cool for a little bit before serving.
  16. 16If you have parsley, sprinkle it on top.
  17. 17Serve and enjoy.

  • 2 cans Rotel, drained

Tips
