Directions

  1. 1Pound out the pesto chicken breast.
  2. 2Place the pounded chicken into a baking dish.
  3. 3Add the cherry tomatoes to the baking dish.
  4. 4Add the broccoli florets to the baking dish.
  5. 5Add the burrata, torn into pieces, over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. 6Spray the top with some oil.
  7. 7Season with salt and pepper.
  8. 8Pop it in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. 9Drizzle the top with some balsamic glaze.

  • 1 pack Pesto chicken breast
  • 1 pack Sugar plum grape tomatoes
  • 1 pack Organic broccoli florets
  • 1 container Burrata
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Balsamic glaze

Tips

  • Pound out the chicken so it tenderizes and cooks evenly.
  • Balsamic glaze is optional but delightful.
