7In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to make the burger sauce.
8Assemble the burger: bottom bun, burger sauce, smashed patty, pepper jack cheese, bacon jam, top bun.
