2In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme and 2 minced garlic cloves. Whisk all together.
3Pour the mixture over the tri tip and rub it in.
4Add 2 cups of beef broth and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and stir.
5Pour the mixture around the tri tip.
6Put the lid on and set it to low for 6-8 hours.
7Shred the tri tip with two forks after the cooking time is up.
8Place shredded tri tip on a toasted bun with provolone cheese.
