- 6Add a decent amount of ginger to the blender.
- 7Add the hatch chilies to the blender.
- 8Add a lot of cilantro to the blender.
- 9Move the mixture from the blender into a large bowl.
- 10Add some salt to the mixture.
- 11Add a touch of sugar to the mixture.
- 12Add some xanthan gum to the mixture.
- 13Add some citric acid to the mixture.
- 14Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- 15Start funneling the hot sauce into bottles.
- 16Dip the seal for the bottles in boiling water to shrink it perfectly.

Tips
