Tips
Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.
Combine all ingredients together (excluding 30g of banana to top at the end) in an oven safe container.
Use a fork to whisk all ingredients together. Ensure there are no lumps of protein powder or chia seeds.
Top with 30g of banana and milk chocolate chips and press them into the batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes (or until cooked through).
Allow to cool before serving.
Serve with any topping of choice or those listed above.
