Directions
- 1In a large pot, add olive oil and diced onions. Cook until softened.
- 2Add 1 pound of Italian sausage and 1 pound of hamburger meat. Brown until no more pink is visible.
- 3Add Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced garlic.
- 4Drain excess grease.
- 5Pour in 1 jar of pasta sauce and 5 cups of chicken broth.
- 6Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
- 7Break 10 lasagna sheets into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.
- 8Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions.
- 9Add 1 cup of Italian blend cheese and mix.
- 10Add more chicken broth if desired for thinner consistency.
