Cheesy Cabbage Steaks
Directions
- 1Brush both sides of cabbage slices with a mixture of olive oil, parmesan cheese, and spices.
- 2Bake for 30 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
- 3Add marinara or pesto sauce to the cabbage slices.
- 4Add mozzarella, pepperoni, or feta cheese to the slices, and then return to the oven to melt the cheese.
