Directions

  1. 1Stir the hibiscus powder and lemon peel powder into the honey until completely combined.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup hibiscus powder
  • 2 tbsp organic lemon peel powder
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)

Tips

  • For the hibiscus powder, you can use finely ground dried hibiscus calyx.
  • To make the lemonade, stir 1-2 teaspoons of the honey mixture into about 1/4 cup warm water until dissolved, then top with cold water and ice.
  • Adjust pink lemonade to taste.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon to the finished lemonade for extra brightness.
