Add the blitzy onions to minced meat, yogurt, olive oil, and a generous amount of seasoning (paprika, pepper, chili flakes, cumin, oregano, salt) in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until a nice smooth consistency is achieved.
Take some parchment paper, spread the meat mixture thinly onto it, then roll it up tightly.
Place the rolled-up meat onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Halfway through baking, remove the tray, drain any excess liquid, and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes or until dark brown.
Once done, unravel the cooked kebab from the parchment paper.
Top the kebab with some lemon juice and optionally bake for a further 5-10 minutes to add crispiness.
Serve the homemade Döner kebab with salad and pita bread.
