Kimchi Pancake Christmas Wreath

Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine flour and water and whisk until smooth.
- 2Add chopped kimchi to the bowl.
- 3Add chopped chives to the bowl and mix gently.
- 4Heat a generously oiled pan over medium heat and arrange the batter into a wreath shape.
- 5Decorate with jalapeño slices and cook.
- 6Flip the pancake with a wide spatula and cook on the other side.
