Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Jacket Potato

Directions

  1. 1Cut the potato in half crosswise and then lengthwise.
  2. 2Open the potato halves.
  3. 3Add a knob of butter to the potato.
  4. 4Add black pepper to taste.
  5. 5Mash the potato with the butter and pepper.
  6. 6Add shredded cheese to the potato.
  7. 7Top the potato with sliced golden chicken.
  8. 8Spoon the creamy white wine mushroom sauce over the chicken and potato.
  9. 9Garnish with crispy onions.
  10. 10Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
