Directions
- 1Cut the ends off of the onion, remove the skin and slice into rings.
- 2Fry the hot dogs in a pan.
- 3Remove the hot dogs from the pan.
- 4Cover each hot dog with Dijon mustard.
- 5Cook the onions in the same pan until caramelized.
- 6Place a sheet of puff pastry on parchment paper.
- 7Spread the caramelized onions on top of the pastry.
- 8Place the mustard covered hot dogs on top of the onions.
- 9Wrap the pastry around the hot dogs and onions.
- 10Place the roll on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 11Brush with an egg wash and score the top.
- 12Bake until golden brown.
- 13Slice and top with ketchup and mustard.
