4Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed.

7Add just under half the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
8Top with half of the streusel.
9Add the remaining batter and spread gently.
10Top with remaining streusel without pressing it down.
11Bake for 50-60 minutes, tenting with foil if browning too fast, until internal temperature reaches 200-203°F or until a tester comes out with moist crumbs.
12Cool completely.
13Whisk powdered sugar and salt for the glaze.
14Add vanilla and 3 tbsp milk, then add more milk as needed until the glaze is thin and glossy.
15Drizzle over the cooled loaf and let set until crackly.
