Drop a 3-ounce package of sugar-free strawberry jello over one pint of chopped strawberries.

Add one boiling cup of water and stir until combined.

Add one cup of ice cold water to the jello mixture to let it set.

Place the jello mixture on the counter.

Crush up some pretzels using your hands, a cup, or a food processor.

Place the crushed pretzels on the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.

Add one stick of melted butter to the pretzels and mix to coat.

Press the pretzel and butter mixture down into the 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.

Take about two cups of vanilla Greek yogurt.

Add one cup of sweetened coconut flakes.

Add an entire smaller container of Cool Whip.

Mix to combine until you have a delicious coconut cream fluffy texture.

Dollop this mixture across the top of the 9x13 inch dish and spread it evenly to form the second layer.

Once the jello mixture is halfway set, pour it right on top to create the third layer.

Put this dessert in the fridge for about an hour or until ready to serve.
