Directions
- 1Beat three egg whites with a cup of sugar until thick and creamy.
- 2Crush 26 Ritz crackers using a rolling pin.
- 3Combine crushed Ritz crackers, a cup of chopped pecans, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a teaspoon of vanilla in a bag and mix well.
- 4Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- 6Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- 7Once cooled, spread a tub of Cool Whip over the baked mixture.
- 8Garnish with shaved Hershey Bar pieces.
