Frozen Tart Cherry Lemonade

youtube.com
Serves 8

Directions

  1. 1Pour in the cane sugar and allulose into the machine.
  2. 2Pour in the cherry juice and lemon juice.
  3. 3Top off with water, being sure not to fill past the 64 oz Max fill line.
  4. 4Close the machine and turn it on.
  5. 5Start the slushy cycle.
  6. 6Set the freeze level one level up from the default.
  7. 7Wait for the slushies to be ready.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz water
  • 12 oz tart cherry juice
  • 20 oz lemon juice
  • 0.33 cup cane sugar
  • 0.5 cup allulose

Equipment

Ninja Slushislushie machinecompressor ice cream machineblender

Tips

  • Ensure enough sugar content to prevent over-hardening into a block of ice; sugar substitutes like allulose don't count towards this minimum.
  • When using a blender, estimate water content and use ice cubes instead of plain water, which may result in a less smooth texture.
  • For slushies, increase the freeze level by one from the default setting.
