Directions

  1. 1Heat up some oil in a pan and add a little extra garlic.
  2. 2Add about a quarter cup of Goya sofrito.
  3. 3Once it starts bubbling, add in two eggs.
  4. 4Put a lid on it.
  5. 5Cook these on low heat.
  6. 6Before they're done, add a little salt and pepper and fresh grated parmesan.

  • 1 unit garlic
  • 0.25 cup GOYA Sofrito Tomato Cooking Base
  • 2 unit eggs
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 fresh grated parmesan
