Directions
- 1Put the fruit in a bowl.
- 2Pour on the alcohol and mix.
- 3Let it stand for at least two hours.
- 4Add the flour and mix.
- 5Put the mixture in a lined cake tin and tap it down to remove any air holes.
- 6Decorate with cherries and walnuts.
- 7Bake at gas mark 3 for 2-3 hours.
