Directions

  1. 1Rinse the sweet potatoes.

  10. 10Add vanilla bean gel.
  11. 11Add a cup and a quarter of white sugar.
  12. 12Add a cup and a quarter of brown sugar.
  13. 13Add two tablespoons of sweet condensed milk.
  14. 14Add a pinch of nutmeg.
  15. 15Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
  16. 16Pour in one stick of melted unsalted butter.
  17. 17Blend all ingredients until well combined using a hand mixer.
  18. 18Taste test the batter before adding eggs.
