No-Churn Strawberry Crumble Ice Cream
Directions
- 1Chop strawberries and mix them with strawberry jam.
- 2Crush granola and shortbread biscuits using a rolling pin, then add butter.
- 3Combine sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla in a bowl.
- 4Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 5Mix half of the whipped cream with the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- 6Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently swirl.
- 7Pour the mixture into a chilled loaf pan, topping with the remaining mix-ins.
- 8Cover and freeze overnight.
