Homer's favorite chili hotdog

Directions
- 1Chop the veggies and fry them in a pan.
- 2Add the spices: paprika and cumin.
- 3Toss in the ground meat, add the ketchup, the beans, the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper pepper.
- 4Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5Add the hotdogs.
- 6Add the beer.
- 7Take a bun, add sausage, mustard and top it off with that chili.
