Directions

1Dice half an onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic.
2Sauté the diced onion and garlic in a frying pan with butter until softened.
3In a bowl, combine shredded hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar and muenster cheese, and the sautéed onion and garlic.
4Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
5Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 375°F for about an hour.
6Add some extra cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
