1In a bowl, melt one stick of butter, add two tablespoons of cinnamon, and one cup of brown sugar. Mix it up.
2Lay out some taco shells.
3Put the mixture on top of each taco shell.
4Roll them up and cut them into one inch pieces.
5Put them in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whip up some icing: two cups of powdered sugar, two teaspoons of vanilla, four tablespoons of milk (or heavy whipping cream), and two tablespoons of melted butter. Mix it up.
7Take your icing and pour it over the baked taco rolls.
