Crispy, Crunchy, Brown Sugar Pork Chops with Roasted Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Melt a stick of butter in the microwave.
  2. 2Pour the melted butter onto a sheet pan.
  3. 3Sprinkle garlic and herb seasoning all over the butter and spread it out.
  4. 4Freshly shred Parmesan cheese over the butter mixture.
  5. 5Cut yellow potatoes in half.
  6. 6Place the cut potatoes cut side down in the butter garlic mixture on the sheet pan.
  7. 7Bake the potatoes at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes on the bottom rack.
  8. 8In a separate bowl, add 3/4 cups each of grated Parmesan cheese, brown sugar, and Italian style bread crumbs.
  9. 9In another separate bowl, add about a cup of mayonnaise and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and mix well.
  10. 10Grab a baking dish and place six medium to thin cut pork chops in it.
  11. 11Season the pork chops really well as desired.
  12. 12Spread the mayonnaise mixture very thinly on the pork chops.
  13. 13Dip the pork chops in the bread crumb mixture.
  14. 14Spray the tops of the pork chops with oil.
  15. 15Bake the pork chops at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
