Slice 4 scallions and add to a bowl.

Mince a handful of garlic cloves and add to the bowl.

Grate some ginger and add to the bowl.

Season with 1 tsp of white pepper.

Add 2 tsp of cornstarch.

Add 2 tsp of sugar.

Add 1 tsp of chicken powder.

Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

Mix in about a pound of ground pork.

Microwave a small amount to taste for seasoning.

Adjust seasoning by adding more soy sauce, white pepper, and chicken powder as needed.

Continue mixing until the meat gets a little sticky and tacky.

Thaw some pre-made dumpling wrappers.

Dip each wrapper in some cornstarch to prevent sticking.

Spread a generous amount of the filling onto each wrapper and set aside.
