9Hit the vegetables with some lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
10To make the delicious garlic yogurt sauce, add non-fat Greek yogurt, minced or grated garlic cloves, cilantro paste, lemon juice, and salt into a bowl.
11Give it a mix until it's nice and smooth.
12Add everything into a bowl, starting with the potatoes.
