- 5Add avocado halves to a bowl.
- 6Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado.
- 7Sprinkle salt over the avocado.
- 8Mash the avocado.
- 9Add cherry tomatoes to a separate bowl.
- 10Sprinkle dried rosemary over the cherry tomatoes.
- 11Add olive oil to the cherry tomatoes.
- 12Spread pesto on the toasted bread.
- 13Spread the mashed avocado over the pesto.
- 14Add stracciatella cheese on top of the avocado.
- 15Top with the cherry tomatoes.
- 16Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- 17Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 18Cut the toast in half.
